Spiritbell - Guided By Evil Light

[ING] The lack of interest in a band by the scene can make it hard to endure; that’s what happened to Hungarian Spiritbell back in 2013. Ironically, that interest’s revival made that Sándor “Pixi” Patak, founding member and singer of the band, recover material they had at the time the band split to start a new work, “Guided By Evil Light”, with release date scheduled for November 15th. Beside the five tracks planned he decided to add five more: three demos from 2016, one from 2012 and another one from 2013 which is also a cover for “Doom Planet”, from North-American band Cirith Ungol, transforming what was supposed to be an EP into a 48 minutes album. With a sonority mainly heavy/doom they also add some elements typically seen in Teutonic power metal. With this new release, Pixi’s objective is to arrange a new line-up that allows them to return to live concerts to play these songs and their old classics. \m/
