Entombed A.D. | Toxik Attack - Warm-Up VMF

Os Suecos Entombed A.D. fizeram uma mini tournée por Portugal, inserida nos concertos de preparação para o Vagos Metal Fest. O pontapé de saída foi dado no Porto, na Sala 2 do Hard Club, e contou com a presença dos thrashers Toxik Attack.

O início do concerto viria a sofrer um pequeno atraso (o que foi bom porque permitiu que mais gente chegasse entretanto), em nada perturbando os presentes (lá se ia bebendo mais uma fresquinha…); altura então para os Toxik Attack subirem ao palco e começarem a mostrar o seu thrash old school maioritariamente focado no seu trabalho de estreia, o EP “Thrash on Command”. O público já se fazia notar em número considerável e bastante participativo, levando a que a banda se soltasse cada vez mais para uma actuação enérgica da primeira à última música. Eles vão agora parar para poderem preparar mais músicas novas (novo trabalho).

Tempo agora para os Entombed A.D. espalharem o caos na Sala 2 com o seu death n’ roll demolidor e frenético. Com uma casa bem composta (motivo pelo qual eles disseram em tom de brincadeira que seria sexta-feira) e já bem animada pela anterior banda, foram constantes os headbangings, circle pits e stage divings verificados. A comunhão com a banda foi total, com o público a participar animadamente no concerto e a serem retribuídos pela boa disposição e constantes agradecimentos que vinham do palco. Sem dúvida uma excelente noite de metal, um fantástico início de tournée e um bom prenúncio do que se pode esperar do Vagos Metal Fest.

Swedish Entombed A.D. made a mini tour in Portugal, integrated in the warm-up events for Vagos Metal Fest. The kick-off was in Oporto at Hard Club’ Sala 2 and included the presence of Portuguese thrashers Toxik Attack.

The beginning of the gig would be a little bit delayed (which was good because made it possible for more people to arrive in the meantime), but it didn’t bothered the ones already there (an opportunity for some cools beers…); time then for Toxik Attack to get on stage and start showing their old school thrash metal mainly focused in their debut, EP “Thrash on Command”. The audience was by then already in a considerable number and most participating, making the band to loosen up into an energetic performance from first to last song. The band will now have a short break to prepare newer song (new release).

Time now for Entombed A.D. to spread chaos in Sala 2 with their frenzy and demolishing death n’ roll. With a considerable amount of people attending (reason why the band said jokingly it was a Friday) and well animated by the previous band, headbanging, circle pits and stage divings were a constant. There was a total communion with the band, with the audience participating lively in the concert and getting in return good mood and several thanks from the stage. Without a doubt an excellent metal night, a fantastic tour kick-off and a good sign to what we can expect from Vagos Metal Fest.
