Secret Sphere - One Night In Tokyo

“Legend”, “Under The Flag Of Mary Read”, “Lady Of Silence” (“A Time Nevercome” - 2001)
“Dance With The Devil”, “Leonardo Da Vinci” (“Heart & Anger” - 2006)
“The Scars That You Can’t See”, “Mr. Sin” (“Archetype” - 2010)
“X”, “Healing”, “Union”, “Wish And Steadiness”, “The Fall”, “Lie To Me”, “Eternity” (“Portrait of a Dying Heart” - 2012)

Este registo fica completo com a faixa introdutória “Intro A Journey Through Time” e a fechar uma versão de “Lie To Me” em dueto com Anette Olzon.

Italians Secret Sphere is one of the most renowned bands in Symphonic Power Metal with a career nearly achieving two decades. 20 years are a mark sought by many but achieved only by few, when the bands take the chance to present commemorative releases. Most likely that date will be the release date of their next work which is already being prepared but, for now, the subject is the release of “One Night in Tokyo”.

Recorded during the last tour that went to the land of the rising Sun, this work became a reason of some highlights. First, it’s the band's first live record and of all countries recorded in the one with probably the largest number of fans; it’s also the first double release (Deluxe Edition 2CD + DVD) and, in a way, the band’s first best-of. And if someone still had any doubts about Michele Luppi’s vocal capability they got completely dissipated with a fabulous performance (check out song “Lady of Silence”). Of course not only he deserves mention, the guitar solos are also of high quality but the main highlight goes to the entire band with the musical compositions sounding magnificent in an alignment that gathers some of the band’s best songs, chosen among some of their seven LP (with obvious focus on the recent “Portrait of a Dying Heart”):

“Legend”, “Under The Flag Of Mary Read”, “Lady Of Silence” (“A Time Nevercome” - 2001)
“Dance With The Devil”, “Leonardo Da Vinci” (“Heart & Anger” - 2006)
“The Scars That You Can’t See”, “Mr. Sin” (“Archetype” - 2010)
“X”, “Healing”, “Union”, “Wish And Steadiness”, “The Fall”, “Lie To Me”, “Eternity” (“Portrait of a Dying Heart” - 2012)

This record is completed with the intro track “Intro A Journey Through Time” and closing a version of “Lie To Me”, featuring a duet with Anette Olzon.
